Job Description: About The Job Provide in-person HR support to manufacturing facility in Moses Lake, WA. Coordinate new team member onboarding paperwork. Assist team members with questions regarding policies, benefits, attendance, etc. Managesdepartment record keeping, team member files, and in-house scanning / archive system. Supports recruiting for assembly and other production roles through utilization of agencies, advertisements, and other creative strategies. Employee Advocate/Relations - Assist in building management capability to facilitate an open, inclusive, Terex culture-based environment that enables effective employee relations.Ensure role is perceived as an objective team member resource and escalation path for unresolved employee relations issues. Participate in various projects across the assigned client groups such as implementation of annualperformance and talent reviews,and various other projects as assigned. About You Basic Qualifications Some level exposure and interest in Human Resources. Experience working in a customer oriented setting handling confidential information. Preferred Qualifications 1-3 years experience in onboarding, recruitment, employee relations, or other areas of HR Experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of employment laws (i.e. EEOC guidelines, FLSA and ADA) Must be able to multi-task, deal effectively with ambiguity, recognize trends and identify systemic approaches to solving problems in a matrixed and dynamic environment Understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to think strategically Must have strong oral and written communication skills, problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills, and ability to work in a team environment. The hourly range for this position is $23-30, depending on experience.
