PNE Corporate Construction General Manager The Construction General Manager will plan, lead, organize, direct and review the activities of PNE Corp.’s construction division. PNE Corp. was founded in 1989 with a vision to lead in construction, industrial & commercial electrical, industrial services and environmental with solutions. PNE Corp. National headquarters is located in Longview, Washington and operates in national and international markets. Most projects are on the west coast but can reach nationally. The size of projects range from $5,000 to $15 million. Responsible for: Managing PNE Corp.’s construction division on the day to day operations. Reports to Vice President of Operations. Supervises field and office employees. Manages the generation of estimates in a wide range of new installations and/or maintenance and repair related projects. Responsible for managing the scope, schedule, budget, and safety performance to achieve timely completion of work. The applicant must be able to take a project from the bid process and manage through project completion including capital approval process, writing estimates, supervise the development and execution of project plans and project closeout. Recruit, train, manage and motivate construction personnel and estimating staff. Review all bids with estimating staff prior to submission.
