Philips PTB (Power ToothBrush) Value Stream Lead in Bothell, Washington

Your challenge

Play a key strategic leadership role in directing PTB (Power Toothbrush) Value Stream Leader including the PMs reporting into the PTB Value Stream, ensuring execution is in line with overall strategic goals.

You are responsible for

  • PTB Value Stream Owner for complete portfolio of products.

  • Directs and guides the activities of programs consisting of multiple and related projects performed by sub-units and/or staff, ensuring execution is in line with overall strategic goals.

  • Develops, designs and executes project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables.

  • Monitors the program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal/external customers, and reports on and analyses progress and outcomes.

  • Drive Strategic plans as set by BPMO Leadership team.

  • Formulates and is accountable for the overall program/project plan, in consultation with management and other parties.

  • Defines projects and their goals, organizes the resources to be used (time, budget and information) and specifies quality standards

  • Provides management and stakeholders with regular project/program performance status, variances to plan and identification of corrective actions, reports on employees’ performance to the hierarchical superior of the employees for the purpose of appraisal and conducts evaluation at the end of the projects..

You're the right fit if:

  • BS Degree in: Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Biomedical, Computer Engineering or related discipline.-Advanced degree -MS, MBA, PhD highly desired and PMP certification is a plus.

  • 10+ years of experience successfully leading product development projects/programs for the Medical Device/Technology or Consumer product markets.

  • 3+ years’ experience as a people leader.

  • Demonstrated competence forming, organizing, and leading product development teams from concept through commercial launch.

  • Demonstrated depth in organizational dynamics, motivating teams, and developing talent.

  • Subject matter expertise in all phases of product development, launch, and maintenance including VOC, requirements generation, DFx, design controls, verification, validation, usability, process validation, manufacturing ramp, service, and support-readiness.

  • Strong understanding of global medical device regulatory environments and clearance processes-Desired.

Philips Transparency Details: The pay range for this position is $130,000.00- $223,000.00 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
