Comfort Systems Northwest, located in Bothell, WA, is seeking an Account Executive to join the HVAC/Plumbing commercial sales team to acquire new business within targeted vertical market customers. Targeted Market includes but is not limited to Healthcare, Manufacturing, Commercial, and retail. We focus on delivering solutions that include HVAC / Plumbing Projects, Energy Solutions, Building Automation Systems. Our technical experts design, install and fine-tune these systems for healthcare, university, hotel, office, retail, manufacturing and other facilities.
To provide the best value HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical and Automation Systems installation and service, principally in the mid-market commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors, while caring for our customers, employees and the environment.
Lead business development and promote our business with allocated existing and potential new customer
Build relationships with clients to negotiate work for the mechanical and plumbing scopes on commercial construction projects
Prospect, identify, qualify and close new business opportunities in targeted vertical markets. Build and maintain relationships to develop long term partnerships.
Develop, implement and execute sales plan, and actively manage pipeline to continually achieve or exceed sales plan.
Demonstrate disciplined approach to sales process and administrative requirements of a growing, publicly traded company
Primary focus will be the sale of HVAC commercial projects, building automation systems, energy solutions and related mechanical services.
Identify client needs and requirements to increase new business opportunities.
Maintain strong customer support for new and existing clients.
Communicate effectively externally and internally.
Coordinate internal team activities to achieve sales objectives.
Prepare and present proposals and presentations, including technical, financial and operational benefits for our business partners.
Use customer relationship management tools and participate in sales meetings.
Maintain an entrepreneurial mindset to develop a major market in an evolving business environment

B.S. Degree in technical or financial discipline or Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and business development in the commercial HVAC and/or Plumbing industry
Broad knowledge and understanding of the HVAC, and plumbing industry.
Selling financial solutions
Selling to executive level
Basic finance, accounting and technical knowledge.
Intermediate knowledge of PC use and Microsoft office suite
Valid driver’s license
