Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Management and Operations to join our growing and fast-paced eCommerce Marketplace team focusing on Seller Fulfilled business. If you are passionate about an entrepreneurial role which has high relevance, visibility and impact as well as regular interactions with Walmart executives, then this might be the right opportunity for you! In this role, you will be the single threaded leader responsible for managing third party partner relationships and operations to provide a seamless and high-performing eDelivery supply chain for our Marketplace sellers and buyers.

The Walmart US eCommerce Marketplace team builds products that connects sellers across the world to buyers shopping our marketplaces, enabling access to our customers to over 350M+ items, and growing selection. Excellence in the end-end shipping and delivery experience is the cornerstone of our promise to our sellers and buyers. In this role, you will collaborate across External Service Providers (carriers, freight forwarders, fulfillment service providers), Strategy, Product, Engineering, and other internal partners to negotiate, launch and manage transportation solutions that provide our sellers with a choice of affordable shipping services and for our buyers, a best-in-class delivery experience that includes pre and post purchase experience. In short, you will be the single threaded leader responsible for negotiating and managing service providers across both domestic and cross-border flow for seller fulfilled shipping. You will apply a general management perspective and a data driven problem-solving approach, will be agile and able to apply the right frameworks, operating cadence, and business analysis & acumen to the business roadmap. As such, you will be able to identify key risks, dependencies, and work with the requisite teams to put solutions in place that will achieve the product outcomes. You'll apply your business acumen and analytical mindset to separate signal from noise and provide sellers a dependable solution enabling them to win on our platform. This person will be skilled at engaging and communicating to executives across multiple domains (internal and external), as well as engaging at a detailed level across program management, operations, and product.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, computer science, engineering, or related area and 7+ years ' experience in project management, business operations, supply chain management, or related area.

  • Experience managing relationships with domestic and international carriers. General familiarity with postal laws, products and procedures commonly used in domestic fulfillment for marketplace sellers.

  • 7+ years' experience driving success in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.

Bellevue, Washington US-11075:The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00

SUNNYVALE, California US-04396/San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00

BENTONVILLE, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
