An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

  • With a focus on your B2B marketing background, draw from your experience andprovide Best Practices to provide a clear path for customers to drive more valuefrom Eloqua

  • Leverage your Eloqua product knowledge and best practices to collaborate withcustomers to assist in architecting campaigns, automated programs or otherareas

  • Manage expectations and delegate share of work effectively to drive successwhile staying within scope of the service

  • Excellent communication ability to effectively communicate ongoing progressto clients and management

  • Run multiple accounts and projects

  • Ability to facilitate a customer requirements process, and then work with theclient to build out those requirements to our platform

  • Ability to collaboratively transfer product knowledge and best practices toclients

  • Ability to develop the necessary supporting documentation that allows thecustomer to understand and maintain assets, programs or processes designed anddelivered through the service

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 5 to 7 yrs Modern Marketing experience

  • 1 year deep experience in Eloqua (certification required)

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and support skills

  • Exceptional client services with a consultative approach

  • High energy and ambition to drive success for customers

  • Proficiency with IT/software solutions design, configuration, andimplementation

  • Deep technology experience in B2B software, CRM and marketing automation is avery strong asset

  • Post Secondary Education in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business is anasset.
