The GTM team, under One Commercial Partner is responsible for driving the holistic GTM approach across the partner ecosystem by customer solution areas. As the Director of Partner Marketing, in the Go-To-Market team, you have the opportunity to be part of a significant transformation that will require the creation of new innovative GTM strategies and execution plays with a select portfolio of SI?s, ISV?s and Channel Partners to drive multi-billion-dollar business across the US Subsidiary. The business is seeking a seasoned marketing leader who will be responsible for leading a team of marketers to build and manage strategic GTM plans with top Solution and ISV partners across regions to drive demand in the marketplace across Microsoft?s 4 solution sales scenarios. This role will orchestrate key plays across the different teams in close strategic partnerships with the Business Groups and GTM Solutions team to secure investments, co-marketing and lead generation opportunities with and through our partner ecosystem. This role has partner revenue accountability, lead performance accountability across OCP and instrumental in building the strategy to execute local GTM with our partners. This leadership position will think strategically about building a marketing channel with skill building of partners, modern marketing plans and execution and overall business plan for partner success. Lead a team of Partner Marketing Advisors to drive and own co-marketing execution with the partner and support demand generation, targeting, new customer acquisition and nurture streams across the customer life cycle. In this position, you will be working directly for the US OCP GTM Solutions lead in addition to driving strong collaboration across the entire OCP Leadership Team and Segments, Marketing & Operations and worldwide business groups to ensure the alignment and collaboration across key partners is realized. Proven skills in collaboration, strategic thinking, growth mindset and change agent for the company. This role will require the ability to recruit, retain and manage a high-performance team. Understands the partner ecosystem, seasoned professional in modern marketing and partner health. This role will oversee and be responsible for team commitments and strive for success. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, 15+ years of experience in management and marketing leadership roles. ? Strong organizational, and people management skills ? Ability to meet challenging timelines and work in a fast-paced environment ? Partner/Ecosystem/Channel development experience preferred ?
