Robert Half Technology is looking for an Entry Level Help desk candidate to work part time in Bellevue with a great client! Top 3 Requirements: -Customer Service -Interest in Technology / Must be tech savvy -Working knowledge in MS Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook) Job Description: Strong support skills, customer service driven so they can talk to customers and calm them down when they have an IT issue. Help Desk Team consists of 6 people. Everyone is always hired as a Help Desk Analyst I and they promote from there into their Infrastructure team and Development Team. Good retention, fun environment, GROWTH opportunity! -Support 2000 users across the US; 500 internal employees rest are acquired companies by Radiant -Troubleshoot in various areas: password reset, printer issues, creating new accounts/new full-time onboarding, set up emails on a mobile phone, "computer not working" ---- They deal with customers from the shipping industry, a lot of them do not have any technology savviness. A lot of patience and outstanding customer service is required -All phone based work -Must know MS office suites -Use Ticketing system: Manage Engine (no experience required) -Work with all Windows from XP, 7, 8 and 10 -It's a plus to know remote desktop usage -Project Work may include: changing cables on work stations, re-imaging, set up new work stations, email migrations --- no experience required, will train! -Someone who is reliable, ability to work on their own, easy going environment -1+ year experience, NO ONE too experienced. Prefer someone who has little to no experience in that area. LOVE to train them. -Must have outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE and sound good on the phone Training is on the job. First 1-2 weeks reading training material and listen/shadow on calls. Intense training for first 3 weeks, then they should be able to take their own calls. Successful individuals are gamers, someone who has a true interest in computers, and loves 'fixing' things.
